Issue discription:My brother and i are trying to come back to World of Warcraft, but we found issues about our old account. We can find the character is still in the guild on UI and online search, but cannot open guild storage. Asia customer support kept giving different excuses and refuse to resolve the problem. We are hoping that the real customer support can take a look for us. We will top up right away if the problem can be resolve, please help, thank you.
we have alredy tried the UI solution customer support provided, but still the same issue, we cannot manage the guild or open the storage whatsoever.

I’ve read your ticket and I see that you are unable to open the guild bank and that Asia support is not being helpfully.
If you are unable to remove items from a guild bank, ensure you have the correct rank and permissions within the guild to do so.
If this is all checked, as customer service, we won’t be able to manually fix bugs (unless we have a workaround we can implement) but we can help gather info for the QA team to use. With the information provided with an in-game bug report, we can get closer to a solution!
You can do so in-game by following these steps:
☆ Press Esc or click the ? Button to open the menu.
☆ Click Support.
☆ Click Submit feedback or bug report.
☆ Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
☆ Click Submit.
