Help change my country from Canada to Taiwan. I have opened many tickets with no resolution, despite the ticket saying it is resolved.

I ask to change my country because I cannot add more game-time because it says “您必須使用當地的幣種才能購買 Battle.net 點數.” “You must use your local currency to purchase Battle.net Balance.”
I live in Taiwan and Taiwan is my currency.

Thanks, but this doesnt work. I know the forum admin cant fix it, but you could forward it to someone else who could.
Ive submitted SEVERAL reports to try and have my country changed. It says its resolved, but then i go to my account and its still set to Canada.
