請問把原本在巫妖王之怒版本的馬拉頓伺服器裡的角色轉至全球服的魚人伺服器後，30天過後還可以付費再把角色轉回去瑪拉頓伺服器(目前瑪拉頓顯示鎖服，但瑪拉頓還有多個80級角色)嗎?

Without any action on my part, my character was forcefully engaged in PvP by Horde players with the IDs 楼二狗丨 and 人生一塲醉, who exploited a bug. I was maliciously slain without any knowledge of the situation. I request a resurrection for my character and that the players who used this exploit be banned. Thank you.
