I am contacting you regarding an issue with the Overwatch 2 Arena Challenger Leaderboard (Season 6, Asia server, Damage role).
My current Challenger Score is 1,799 (All-Star 4) in the Arena mode for Damage heroes. This score is higher than several players currently on the Top 500 Challenger Leaderboard (e.g., rank 486 at 1,796, rank 494 at 1,764).
However, my name does not appear on the leaderboard at all, even though I meet ALL official requirements from the February 10, 2026 patch:
- Challenger Score: 1,799 ≥ 1,500 (single role requirement)
- Arena Competitive Wins: 25+ (green check in challenges: “鬥技場挑戰排名資格” completed)
- Adept Competitor (內行選手) lifetime challenge: Completed and hidden (total competitive wins ≥ 250 across all modes)
- Commendation Level: ≥ 2 (confirmed in profile)
- Platform: PC, Region: Asia
I have attached screenshots of:

- Lifetime competitive wins summary
I have restarted the game multiple times, waited over 24 hours for leaderboard sync, and checked “View My Ranking” button.
Could you please investigate why my account is not appearing on the leaderboard? Is there a sync delay, eligibility flag issue, or any other hidden requirement I’m missing?
