找不到轉譯裝置

我目前 overwatch 遊戲進行到一半或是換場就會crash,出現視窗顯示 “找不到轉譯裝置!!正在關閉應用程式!!” 而且是每一場都會出現該狀況
由於先前已與客服反應過,客服給的答覆是,我電腦硬體溫度過高,但我目前進行遊戲過程中的溫度CPU約70-75 GPU約65-70,可是在Win10 上周大更新之前,平均溫度在80左右我依然可以進行遊戲,另外客服有提到,有可能是版本問題,因此今天(28號)進行遊戲前,特地將遊戲移除,重新安裝,但依舊出現該問題,順帶一提,目前使用的電腦為 MSI gaming 系列的筆電,所以對於溫度過高我也詢問過MSI技術中心,他們給我的回覆是,如果使用 sport mode 電腦均溫室在於75-80,是屬於正常範圍,不知overwatch 是如何判斷該溫度rang?

從我這裡看的到的資訊中,你的轉譯裝置遺失問題都是顯示卡在遊戲過程中被移除,這有幾個可能的主要原因:

  1. 在遊戲過程中更新驅動程式 - 但你應該不是
  2. 系統在切換繪圖的過程中將顯示卡關閉了。 - 這是有可能的

我們先來處理第2個問題,我們近期有注意到升級到Windows 10 1803(17134)的筆電玩家,Windows系統可能會使用錯誤的顯示卡繪圖。
你可以試著修改以下這些設定,來調整回應該使用的顯示卡:

  1. 調整電源選項: 先選回平衡,再調成 高效能
  2. Nvidia 控制面板(Control Panel) - 桌面點右鍵打開他
    2.1 - 管理3D設定
    2.1.1 - 廣域設定 - 選擇高效能處理器(Nvidia)

我照上面的步驟,依舊Crash,另外我無法回歸上一版本,因為我在WIN10更新後 NVIDIA更新前有玩overwatch 還是順的,所以我已經把舊版的 Win10 delete 了!! 請問你們近期會有所改善或是更新嗎?
另外,我有試著測試溫度,PUBG & 單機版軒轅劍效能全開 CPU均溫80 GPU 75, 但遊戲程式依舊沒有crash , 唯有overwatch會有這問題,請問是不是overwatch 與 顯卡近期updata後的程式衝突?

這個狀況其實跟遊戲沒什麼關係,而是進行遊戲期間,Windows因為沒辦法快速回應繪圖結果,而產生Timeout Detection and Recovery (TDR)的時候,就會出現「找不到轉譯裝置」的錯誤訊息並強制關閉遊戲,這是作業系統避免系統當機的一種保護機制。

因你你的錯誤代碼是裝置被移除,這樣的情況有非常多可能性,包含我之前提到的。

接下來,Intel顯示晶片的驅動程式—雖然在正常情況進行遊戲不會使用這個顯示晶片,但我也建議你將這個晶片的驅動程式更新到最近的版本。

如果現在問題依舊,我會強烈建議你: 將顯示卡的驅動程式退回到前1~2
個版本,來測試是否為顯示卡驅動程式與Windows的衝突。你可以使用Display Driver Uninstaller來移除現在的版本。關於這個步驟的說明,你可以在網路搜尋Display Driver Uninstaller的使用說明,並跟著步驟做。
