I encountered an issue related to my character slot limit in Diablo III.

Before Season 35 started, I had the ability to create up to 19 characters.

After deleting my character from Season 34 in order to create a new one for Season 35,

the system now shows that my maximum character limit is only 17, not 19 as before.

This has caused me to lose access to 2 character slots that I previously had.

I believe this may be a bug or an account sync issue.
