Hello dear customer service, when I was playing Diablo IV, the screen froze and I couldn’t play or close the game. I ended the game task process through Windows Task Manager. After that, I logged into Battle.net to try to restart the game, but it showed that I was still in the game, and it has been more than 10 hours now. I still can’t enter the game normally. Please help me. I have tried restarting my computer, logging out of Battle.net, and disconnecting from the internet, but none of these solutions worked.
