目前已經確認過遊戲內的聲音設定是預設設備，也確認過麥克風本身是可以使用的

驅動程式也沒有需要更新的選項

原本遊戲內語音是可以使用的，一直到這幾天突然不能使用

嗨，

建議你可以將以下的資料夾刪除:
/我的文件/Overwatch/

然後重新進入遊戲一次讓設定能夠重建一次，接著到遊戲內的選項檢查你的語音裝置設定，請檢查語音聊天裝置是否設定正確。

亦可以檢查看看 Windows 內的聲音設定。

  • 在畫面右下角的喇叭圖案右鍵打開，選擇聲音。
  • 輸出/錄音的兩個分頁找到你目前在使用的聲音輸出裝置跟麥克風。
  • 點右鍵，選擇"設定為預設通訊裝置"。
  • 右鍵點開內容，進階分頁，取消勾選"允許應用程式獨佔這個裝置"(重複兩個)

回到遊戲中，然後打開設定，把語音聊天裝置選擇"通訊裝置"後，再嘗試一次。

您好，已依照上述步驟執行過，仍然處於相同狀況，可加入語音但無法聽到別人聲音，也無法說話

補充：麥克風在其他語音軟體是可以正常使用的，開啟鬥陣特工時也有試過把DC之類的語音軟體關閉，仍然會有上述情況發生
